These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OKUTECH LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Koralev mobile application ("App") and our website koralev.top. By downloading, accessing, or using Koralev, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Koralev. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not barred from using the services under any applicable laws.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Zero Tolerance Policy
Koralev enforces a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy against objectionable, abusive, or harmful content. You agree that you will not post, upload, transmit, or share content that:
- Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, pornography, or sexual solicitation,
- Constitutes harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, hate speech, racism, or defamation,
- Impersonates any person or entity, or provides deceptive or fraudulent profile information,
- Infringes upon any third party's intellectual property, trademark, or privacy rights,
- Promotes illegal substances, violent activities, spam, commercial solicitation, or unauthorized advertising.
Reporting and Blocking Mechanisms:
In accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play safety standards, Koralev provides built-in tools enabling users to immediately Report abusive content or profiles and to Block unwanted users. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Accounts found in violation will be immediately banned and objectionable content removed without prior notice.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
- VIP Subscriptions: Koralev offers optional auto-renewing VIP subscriptions granting enhanced features (such as ad-free browsing, unlimited swipes, and monthly free boosts).
- Billing and Renewal: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device account settings (Apple ID > Subscriptions or Google Play > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Virtual Coins: Virtual coins are non-refundable digital goods with no real-world monetary value, usable solely within the Koralev app.
4. Account Termination and Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account in the App or by visiting https://koralev.top/delete-account. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete your account immediately and without liability if you violate any provision of these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
Koralev is a social discovery platform. OKUTECH LTD is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the App. You agree to take all necessary personal safety precautions when communicating with or meeting other users in person. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rights under your local jurisdiction remain unaffected.
